Overview
I had the unique opportunity to own product design and strategy for new growth pathways at Gordon Food Service’s innovation hub, Relish Works. I led design on Trust20, a venture reimagining the food safety training and certification experience.
Through co-creation with operators, staff, and experts, Trust20 helps professionals develop the skills they need for the jobs they want. To date, the venture has served 175,000+ chefs powering restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, and more.
