Overview
I had the unique opportunity to own product design and strategy for new growth pathways at Gordon Food Service’s innovation hub, Relish Works. I led design on Trust20, a venture reimagining the food safety training and certification experience.
Through direct co-creation with operators, staff, and experts, Trust20 helps professionals develop the skills they need for the jobs they want. To date, the company has served over 100,000 learners across restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, and more.
